How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery takes 4–12 working days and is FREE on all orders over £60, and £4.95 for all orders under £60. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Can I return an item?
Yes! You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To start, email
info@revertjewellery.com with your order number and details of your return.

What condition does an item need to be in?
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for
a return.
Are shipping costs refunded?
No. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost returns — please use a tracked and

International returns:
Ensure correct customs documentation is completed and parcels are clearly
marked “Return”. Any customs duties or fees will be deducted from your refund.
