Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery takes 4–12 working days and is FREE on all orders over £60, and £4.95 for all orders under £60. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To start, email info@revertjewellery.com with your order number and details of your return.
Which items can’t be returned?
- Earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or engraved items
- Gift cards & gift packaging
What condition does an item need to be in?
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Are shipping costs refunded?
No. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if my return is lost?
We cannot accept responsibility for lost returns. Please use a tracked and insured service.
International returns
Ensure correct customs documentation is completed and parcels are clearly marked “Return”. Any customs duties or fees will be deducted from your refund.
