Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 4–12 working days and is FREE on all orders over £50, and £4.95 for all orders under £50.
Orders placed before 8pm are dispatched the same working day, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.
If you no longer require your order, it may be returned after delivery in line with our Returns Policy.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We’re unable to update shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
Please check your details carefully before completing checkout.

Will I need to pay customs fees for international orders?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT.
These charges are not covered by Revert Jewellery and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

How do I return an item?

Email info@revertjewellery.com with your order number and return request.
Our team will provide the next steps.

Which items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or engraved items
  • Gift cards and gift packaging
  • Clearance and final sale items

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We recommend placing a new order for the correct size or style and returning the original item for a refund or credit voucher.
Direct exchanges are available but may take longer due to inspection times.

Can I use multiple discount codes or offers on 1 purchase?

No only one discount code or offer may be applied per order. Discount codes and offers cannot be applied to gift card purchases.

Warranty & Repairs

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full terms and coverage.

I’ve damaged my jewellery — what can I do?

Email info@revertjewellery.com with clear photos of the damage.
We’ll review the item and advise on available options.

Promotions & Discounts

Can I return an item purchased during a promotion?

Yes, subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders placed under “3 for 2”, “Free Ring”, or “Free Bracelet” promotions must be returned in full to qualify for a full refund
  • Alternatively, you may keep the free item and receive a refund minus its retail value

What happens if I return an item from a Free Earring promotion?

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
You may choose a credit voucher or a refund minus the value of the earrings.

Gifting & E-Gift Cards

I need a last-minute gift. What are my options?

E-Gift Cards are available for immediate delivery via email.

I’m unsure which jewellery piece to buy as a gift. Can you help?

Yes. Email info@revertjewellery.com for guidance.
E-Gift Cards are also available.

I’m buying a gift and need a longer return window.

Please contact us before purchasing.
Extended timeframes may be offered on an exchange-only basis, subject to inspection.

What is an E-Gift Card?

An E-Gift Card is a digital gift certificate that can be purchased online and redeemed on our website.

How do I redeem an E-Gift Card?

  • Add products to your cart at revertjewellery.com
  • Enter the E-Gift Card code at checkout
  • The gift card value will be applied to your order total. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases

Do E-Gift Cards expire?

Yes. E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed within this period.

Can I return or exchange an E-Gift Card?

No. E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

What happens if my E-Gift Card is lost or stolen?

Revert Jewellery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift card codes. Treat your code like cash.

Klarna Payment Options

What payment options are available with Klarna?

We offer Klarna for flexible payments:

  • Pay in 3 – Split your purchase into three equal, interest-free payments, automatically charged every 30 days
  • Pay Later – Receive your order first and pay the full amount within 30 days

How do I use Klarna at checkout?

  • Select Klarna as your payment method during checkout
  • Choose either Pay in 3 or Pay Later
  • Complete your order following Klarna’s instructions
  • Receive confirmation with payment details and schedule

Is Klarna secure?

Yes. Klarna handles all payments securely, and Revert Jewellery does not store your payment details.

Will Klarna check my credit?

Klarna may perform a soft credit check. This does not affect your credit score.

Refunds

When will my refund be processed?

Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund.
